The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has published the Cover Regulation along with the Implementing Rules for the conduct of Air Operations as Regulation (EC) 965/2012 with the Decision on Air Operations AMC & GM material being published at the same time.
These new EC Regulations (216/2008 and 965/2012 including subsequent amendments) have an impact on how National Aviation Authorities (NAA) & AOC organizations work and demonstrate their compliance with regulations.
The course will highlight the changes from EU-OPS 1 and JAR-OPS 3 requirements to the new EASA OPS Regulations. The course is ideal for any organization that wants its management personnel to understand the implication of EASA OPS for itself and for the NAA overseeing it.
The new Implementing Rules for Air Operations (Regulation EC 965/2012) became applicable from 28 October 2014.
To familiarize participants with the requirements of the new EASA OPS Implementing Rules for CAT & Commercial Operations of operators with motor-powered aeroplanes and helicopters.

This course is also ideally suited to be run at the client’s location with the majority of the management personnel attending so they all receive the same information
Any of the following (should have one of these pre-requisites):
• Working knowledge of EU OPS 1 and/or JAR-OPS 3 for CAT;
• Management of corporate operations;
• Working knowledge of Authority requirements under EU-OPS 1 or JAR-OPS 3
It is essential that all participants bring a laptop since the course has been designed around computers.
